If there are no crimes happening in society, the requirement of security forces or safe guarding personnel would be less. i.e., police force etc .. which means more number of unemployed citizens .. more number of people aspire to become a police by the situations they undergo since their childhood but not with any sort of personal agenda ... who would want to become a police officer in a world where there are no crimes taking place. Same with thieves and security agencies(guards). So, there should be a balanced crime happening any where in the world without affecting the lives of more people ... the impact should be in such a way that .. there can be financial losses due to this crimes .. but there shouldn't be any human life loss ! If agriculture crop is not damaged .. there wont be requirement of pesticides .. if suppose we all of us do the same work .. for example agriculture ..scope for the development will be less .. not possible at all ... so there should be all kinds of a...
